Welcome Message

Thanks for stopping by to visit us. For whatever reason you came, we’re glad you found us. You’ll find a lot to explore on this site – from understanding more about emotional and spiritual health, to addressing wounds and abuse. Plus you’ll find resources for the healing journey …
We are committed to helping people reconcile the experiences of their past that are impacting their lives in the present and sabotaging their longings for the future.

Our approach is to invite a small group to create a place safe enough to talk about the things that have impacted them and have become a part of their personal story. We’ve discovered that we each have a story – a story of innocence lost, of attempts to fill that void, and a host of ways that we have used to “make life work”. Talking about these things together with a couple of well trained facilitators opens your soul to a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships with others and to a more intimate relationship with the Author of your story.  We call these groups, Grace Groups

We've written a Biblically based curriculum that Grace Groups follow called The Journey Guide and My Journey Continues  Each book  leads you through 12 sessions designed to help you explore your story. The curriculum guides you into caring responses that encourage a healthy group process where participants experience authentic, life-giving community.

In order to encourage the best possible experience we require that Grace Groups and those using the Journey Guide participate in leader training seminar that we call SALTS. SALTS is available to anyone that wants to deepen and enrich their spiritual and emotional life, enhance their leadership skills and experience an intensive Grace Group. Learn more about SALTS.

You might want to start by checking out a Grace Group.  Or you might be ready to jump in with both feet and attend SALTS training. Whatever you chose, we want to welcome you aboard.
